SHELBURNE - WILLIAM STREET

This house was a single family home, we renovated it from top to bottom, added a bathroom, a bedroom, legalized it into a legal duplex, then severed a lot off and sold the lot.

SHELBURNE - VICTORIA STREET

This was our second project. When purchased it was a single family home, which we renovated from top to bottom, added a bathroom, a bedroom, legalized it into a legal duplex, then severed the lot into two and sold the empty lot.

SHELBURNE - GREENWOOD STREET

Greenwood was a single family home, we turned into a triplex and severed the large lot into two. We renovated it from top to bottom, adding 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms, while improving the existing unit.
